Andre is a talented fine artist and a skilled  award winning* Film Colourgrader and Online Editor with a proven track record in fiction, TV entertainment, documentaries, music videos, commercials and animations.
Andre work experience is diverse and includes work as Fine Artist, DI Colourist, Online editor and Post Production supervisor on features films, shorts, documentaries, animations, music promos and advertisement films.
This has given him great experience and knowledge in order to be qualified for high end employment opportunities in the field of digital post production in the film industry.
Andre is experienced and proficient in operating advanced DI (digital intermediate) systems and cutting edge technologies which include: Nucoda; Baselight, Quantel iQ, AVID DS Nitris HD, Assimilate Scratch, DaVinci Resolve, Nuke, Flame and Smoke, decks, transcoding and finishing systems and can manage all program formats. In addition as a Colourist and Fine Artist, Andre also perfectly understand the artistic effect of colour, in order to enhance the narrative of each film or fine art production.

The NFTS short film "Until the River Runs Red" directed by Paul Wright wins BAFTA Award for Best Short Film at the British Academy Film Awards. Andre Rusu, grading contributed the picture post production on this critically-acclaimed short feature film.
