Project presentation: This work deals with the opening of alpages in Breuil Cervinia. The name of this alpage is La Seuze. During these days people can observe the production of typical cheeses such as Valtournenche Fontina and Toma and some special food of Valle d'Aosta, polenta, spezzatino, brossa (milk). Children are happy to see animals, especially cows and how these animals are kept in the farm.

Biography: Stefania Grasso, Italian photographer, 41 years old, collaborates with Valtournenche administration for events and some projects of photography. She is specialized in landscape photography, portraits and also indoor photography. She won some prices and publications with CNNiReport, National Geographic and Nikon Photography Italia.
