Each work is about the struggle of my mind with the idols of the mind, not only in superstitions and beliefs of religion but also with the idea of memory, which challenges me at every turn, are we to remember to forget? Can old art tools be left as part of a mixed media become a muse for museum goers?
My methods is painting with light from digital photograph, which is then transformed into paintings by painting with light and colors. Elements are added as I explore surfaces. I began using paintings in 1999, but have sought to create what I call "Flashscapes" emphasize the chaotic and sometimes prophetic change; occurs with a slight physical influence. The works are offered in a Giclee Print in various sizes.
